2. Open the link titled “Google Form application for JR (NA)”.
3. Fill the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.
4. Pay the application fee via Bank of Baroda using the prescribed account details and keep the payment receipt ready.
5. Prepare scanned copies and two sets of photocopies of required documents including MBBS certificates, internship completion, registration proof, marksheets, INI-CET rank (if applicable), caste certificate and payment receipt.
6. Upload documents as required in the Google Form and submit the application before 23 February 2026 (5 PM).
7. Save a copy of the submitted form and payment proof for future reference.
