IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2026 for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Post

The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) has released a recruitment notification for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Flexible Electronics and Nano Devices laboratory. This recruitment provides an opportunity for candidates with a strong academic background in Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics to work in advanced research areas such as nanomaterials, semiconductor devices, and nano-sensor development. Candidates holding B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.Sc degrees in Nanotechnology or related disciplines with excellent academic performance and GATE qualification are eligible to apply.
