MANUU Recruitment 2025 for Chief Security Officer

Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has released a recruitment notification for the post of Chief Security Officer under its 2025 Non-Teaching advertisement. This Group A/B level post is designed for candidates with strong experience in security management, preferably in government, defense, or educational institutions. Only 1 vacancy is available, and the position is based at the university’s main campus in Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Officers from Police/Paramilitary forces not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police with 5 years’ experience in supervisory capacity
  OR
• Commissioned Officer (Retired) not below the rank of Captain or equivalent with 5 years’ experience

Salary

Pay Level 11: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month under the 7th CPC pay matrix.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 50 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.

Application Fee

• ₹500 for UR/OBC/EWS
• ₹250 for SC/ST/PwBD/XSM
