NIEPID Recruitment 2026 for 35 Teaching and Non-Teaching Posts

The National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (Divyangjan) (NIEPID), functioning under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, has released Employment Notice No. 01/2026 for the recruitment of 35 teaching and non-teaching contractual posts. The vacancies include multiple positions such as Assistant Professor, Special Education Teacher, Consultant, Therapist, Nurse, Administrative Officer, Special Educator, Audiologist, Physiotherapist, Caregiver, and other rehabilitation and support staff. These positions will be filled at NIEPID Headquarters in Secunderabad and its regional centers located in Noida, Davangere, Nellore, and Rajnandgaon. Candidates with qualifications in medical sciences, rehabilitation sciences, education, administration, and related disciplines are eligible to apply depending on the post. The recruitment will be conducted through direct interview selection and in cases of large number of applicants, a screening test may be conducted prior to the interview.
