• Principal SAS Officer: Master’s in Physical Education/Sports Science with 60% marks + 15 years’ experience (Direct).
• Superintending Engineer: Officers from Central/State Govt/PSU with Civil Engineering qualifications + experience (Deputation).
• Senior Technical Officer: Officers with technical qualifications from Govt Institutions/PSU with relevant experience (Deputation).
• Assistant Registrar: Officers from Govt/Autonomous Institutions in similar posts (Deputation).
• Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Engineering officers from Govt/PSUs with relevant experience (Deputation).
